LIMEN Theatre Company: Sylwia Hanff, Tomasz Bazan, Beata Ciecierska – Zajdel, Baszka von Hanff, Jenny Ramme Sylwia Hanff – butoh dancer who studied butoh with the greatest masters (Ko Murobushi, Daisuke Yashimoto, Carlotta Ikeda, Atsushi Takenouchi, Kan Katsura, Tadashi Endo) and dance improvisation and body symbolism instructor, Kundalini Yoga a teacher, choreotherapist and mime-dancer. She was an actress in the Warsaw Mime Theatre and she studied and performed with the Stefan Niedzialkowski Mime Studio in the Na Woli Theatre. She cooperates with the National Theatre and National Opera, street and mime theatres and is the founder of the Limen Body Theatre. She has a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Warsaw University.
Tomasz Bazan – dancer, choreographer, has been studying eastern martial arts for many years. He specialises in Vietnam dao, and was younger assistant of choreographer Milla Sodrić in the Phoenix Sathor Theatre. He worked with the Centre of Theatre Practices Gardzienice and is a member of the Chorea Theatre Company. He also worked with the Grotowski Center. As from 2004 he has led his own Theatre Centre at the Culture Centre in Lublin realizing a programme of research for a new dimension of theatre. He studied painting at Rzeszow University for a year and worked with Jean Marco, French painter and scenographer. He graduated in cultural studies at the Maria Sklodowska Curie University with specialization in critic and the animation of works of art. He manages the Project Centre Pracovnia Maat www.maat.cho.pl Beata Ciecierska – Zajdel – mime-actress, graduated from the Actors School of H.J.Machulscy, the Stefan Niedzialkowski Mime Studio and Polish Language Studies at Warsaw University. She is a theatre and voice production instructor. She has worked with numerous dramatic and movement theatres. Baszka von Hanff – a mature, creative woman of many talents, the good spirit of the Limen Theater. Jenni Ramme (born 1976) – occupies herself with artistic photography and video-art. She graduated from the college of Professional Photography at the Fine Arts Academy in Poznan. She has been promoting independent female art for many years.
